For consumers buying digital content. Please read the second section: for an instant download, the right of withdrawal ends as soon as the download begins, and you agree to that explicitly before paying.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise this right, you must inform us by a clear statement, for example by email, that you withdraw from this contract:
To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your statement before the period expires.
For a contract on the supply of digital content that is not on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires when we begin performing the contract, provided that
We obtain both, explicitly and separately, in the checkout dialogue before any payment is taken, and we record the time you gave them (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code, BGB). In practice this means: once your download link has been issued, the purchase is final.
Independently of the above we would rather have a satisfied reader than a technically correct refusal. If something is wrong with the file, or the book is not what the page promised, write to us and we will refund you.
If you validly withdraw, we will repay all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used, and this repayment costs you nothing.
